At Elvara, every product is handcrafted in small batches with great care and attention. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at elvaracandl3@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.
